Seminar of the soft loan Assisstance for Enterprises and trade villages in Ha Nam and Thai Nguyen Provinces

       On 22 and 24 July 2009, Vietnam Environment Protection Fund combined with Ha Nam and Thai Nguyen Department of Natural Resourcese – Environment to hold the Seminal “Soft loan Assisstance for Enterprises and trade villages to protect environment from capital source of Vietnam Environment Protection Fund”.

       At the semninar, representatives of Enterprises and trade villages is popularized regulations on soft loan of the Government for environmental protection work with rate of 3.6%/year by Vietnam Environment Protection Fund and at the same time, Vietnam Environment Protection Fund instructed and interpreted in details to delegates about procedure for soft loan. Many enterprises and trade villages only know bank credit loan or loan with high interest rate by private owners. By this seminar they know a new address with preferential interest rate of the Government in service of supporting economical sectors in society, have opportunities to change technologies, pollution treatment, buy replacement equipment to develop production, increase income of labors and reduce environmental pollution, protect life for community.
